Membership Rates

All facility membership dues are paid monthly with a credit card or automatic bank draft. We do offer annual memberships that can be paid in cash up front. If either of these options provides a financial hardship for you and your family, please ask us about financial assistance.

Enjoy limited access to fee-based programs. Program Members may not use the facility during non-program times. We offer annual household 50 program memberships for up to two adults and all dependent children

Individuals who are not members of the YMCA of Greater Seattle but would like to have access to the facility are able to do so by providing a valid picture ID (with birth date), completing the YMCA of Greater Seattle Daily Application and paying the appropriate daily fee

Personal Training and Small Groups

Ages 10 years and up

Working out with friends, family, or fellow members, along with your personal trainer, creates a fun, motivating, comfortable atmosphere where you can train hard and support one another. Affordable and fun, Small Group Personal Training is done in a group of 3-5 to minimize cost yet maximize personal attention. Ages 10 years and up

GRAVITY is safe, effective cardio and strength training using bodyweight as resistance on the Total Gym to tone muscles, condition the core, stimulate weight loss, enhance athletic performance and even rehabilitate injuries. GRAVITY exercises strengthen the core and trunk by requiring users to recruit their core muscles to stay balanced while doing upper and lower body exercises on Total Gym’s incline rolling glideboard and cable pulley system

Ages 18 years and up

Invigorating the Spirit, Mind and Body, GRAVITY Pilates is designed to incorporate Pilates principals with full mat and reformer repertoires with the GRAVITY system. The time-honored principals of breath, alignment and control are central to the GRAVITY Pilates training and its key goals are improving body awareness, spinal alignment, strength, flexibility and neuromuscular control. This workout is so unique that is cannot be simulated by any other piece of equipment in the facility. Training on the GRAVITY Pilates can completely change the shape of your body because you will be working every muscle group while maintaining control

Ages 18 years and up

Come learn a Fosse-style jazz routine in a fun and easy going environment. You’ll stretch, strengthen and learn basic jazz moves that will string together into a final dance number. Be prepared to kick, leap, turn and dance your way to a healthy body and sassy attitude!

Ages 18 years and up

The class will be geared to new students learning the basics of belly dance. During the four weeks, we will cover how to execute figure eights, hip drops, mayas and shimmies. We will work on isolating our upper body from our lower body movement. This class will focus on learning proper belly dance technique, while learning a piece of choreography
