Customer service is great and fast. The coffee can seem a little expensive for the size (got a small chai latte for about $3 or so), but it is good quality! Inside and outside seating areas too.

Great coffee. However you can cut the awkwardness upstairs with a KNIFE! Only go up to the posh second floor if you are planning to get some serious work done independently. ;)

Nice location and trendy coffee house feel. Great coffee offerings but disappointed I couldn't get a pour over, even though it was listed on the permanent menu. Oh well. Better than Starbucks.

CityGrounds has indoor, outdoor, and upstairs seating, so there's room for everyone here. Flowers line the patio, with a canvas of trees across the street to refresh you from Chicago's concrete jungle

Wifi is extremely reliable. Really nice tea selection, served in pots that are brewed properly. And the upstairs is a great space to work!

Great little cafe near the Zoo. They sell marshmallows to roast on the fire outside.

Wifi pass changes all the time, which is good because its more reliable. Coffee is a bit hit or miss, but when good, REALLY good.

Rudest customer service ever. Stopped serving more than 2 hrs before closing. Coffee was meh. Wi-Fi was good. Might like it better with less pissy staff.
