There is no free chips and salsa unless you sit in the bar during happy hour and you purchase something.

The special says free chips and salsa the waitress said "there's no such thing as code #23" she made up a code thing to make it work but said not to try it again...btw the service was too slow

It took 45 minutes to get our chips and salsa and when our meal did come out we had no silverware to eat with. Guess how long that took!
