What sets Chile Verde apart is that it's New Mexican cuisine. As in... New Mexico. Take note of their Anasazi sauce (named for the Native American tribe of the Southwest) and green (verde) chili stew.

the shredded beef is excellent in any item- tacos burritos nachos.
