- Abby Anderson JonesSeptember 8, 2013Love the atmosphere & music. Prompt service. Great with drink refills. Very impressed with the menu. I highly recommend the waffle flight for a great taste. The Waffles Benedict are out.of.this.world❤
- Erik RowleySeptember 20, 2017Check out their daily specials, this place is great value for the amount of food on your plate. Enjoyed the chicken and waffles for only $5.99! Brunch all day!
- Elephant DroidAugust 2, 2013Went on a Thursday afternoon-no wait, kinda empty & good service. Loved the food. I'm a veggie guy, so skipped on the meat items on menu. Had the Liege and will be come back for more.

- Time Out ChicagoFebruary 14, 2012This mod eatery—so contemporary it has a conference room—specializes in two versions of its eponymous breakfast food: a crisp and airy Brussels waffle, and a dense and sugary Liége waffle. Read more
- Elvia Rodriguez OchoaAugust 11, 2014Had a very simple waffle since I was short on time. Very tasty, nice service, don't understand why all the complaints. I'll be back soon!
- Yvonne JacksonJune 28, 2013My first time here: very chic! I definitely enjoyed it! I had the Chicken and Bacon Waffles, it was splendid!
- Mary MatlackJanuary 13, 2020Great breakfast spot - easily walkable from the convention center. The staff is super friendly and helpful for large groups.
- Sonja KruitwagenApril 26, 2012Try the Waffle Benedict. It's fantastic. Just the right combination of sweet and savory. The cucumber water is also a nice touch.
- Constanza AguirreMay 12, 2012BYO! A bottle of champagne for mimosas to go with the amazing breakfast. Try the chilaquiles and the green tea waffles.
- Michael StaggAugust 13, 2014You pretty much can't go wrong here but the Cheddar Waffles w/ Short Ribs were DELICIOUS!
- Rachel RusnakOctober 1, 2012I couldn't decide, so I tried the sample option. Coupled with fresh OJ, it was a lovely experience! Will definitely be back when down this way.
- Seasonal waffle coming soon!! Tried it today.... PUMPKIN!!! With pumpkin seeds on top, caramelized in maple syrup. Awesome creation by one of the chefs...
- SaraNovember 4, 2013Green T & Ginger waffle: EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Doesn't have a pleasant taste. REC: 1) Red Velvet & 2) Mexican Drk Choc. Liege waffle- alright, but too chewy. Flight hot choco minis (4): diabetic coma!
- Nauman NoorFebruary 17, 2013Quality of service and food has slipped, perhaps distracted by new location @ Lakeview. Newbies should try waffle flight, and for those with the appetite the meat and egg variations won't disappoint
- Dalton ClaybrookOctober 22, 2018I got the original Beny and it was really good. Generous portions and reasonable prices.
- Piojo PescadoDecember 30, 2015Everything from the walk in to the rest room was top A+! Must try the bacon chicken waffles!
- Crain's Chicago BusinessNovember 7, 2011The dense, chewy Liege, with lightly caramelized surfaces, takes well to cheddar and short rib ($11.95) that's slow-cooked to a moist, fork-tender finish. Read more
- Terrance RosserJuly 15, 2016Great daily specials. Try the chicken and waffles, the syrup has a spicy kick to it.
- Jon ZambranoJune 1, 2013They turn a plain and simple meat, eggs and potatoes breakfast into heaven. I'm pretty sure the cooks are actually wizards. Breakfast wizards.
- Also, be nice to the servers! We try to be as quick and prompt as possible. Ask for me, Megan, I always give great service served with a smile!
- Nichelle DunnMay 17, 2013Food was fresh, Potatoes, Waffles, Omelet and the vegetables were awesome. Service was quick and staff friendly.
- Crystal GomesAugust 9, 2014The cheddar waffles with braised short rib are amazing. This place is packed for a reason.
- Sirisha KuradaMarch 16, 2015Try the chocolate waffles....yummm. You won't find them easily on the menu but they have them
- Go in early to avoid long waits, but the wait is ALWAYS worth it. Don't expect the food to come out 10 mins later, its not McDonald's, everything is made by hand with fresh ingredients. Be patient!
- Matt BSeptember 12, 2014Ham and cheese waffle was really good... But I feel like I was charged full price for a half waffle.
- José ViruetJune 9, 2013Surprisingly good food! Loved their breakfast potatoes and the mexican chocolate waffles
- Roosevelt CollectionOctober 14, 2011Try the lemon or cucumber infused water! We prefer cucumber, but it's your perogative. You'll be hooked regardless.
- Ricel AlmadovarNovember 23, 2013Service is way better before 11am. Liege and Mexican Chocolat waffles are good. They serve Intelligentsia coffee.
- Dexter GiffardSeptember 27, 2011The best Waffles in Chicago, hands down. Nice atmosphere, great food. Must visit! Read more
- Totally recommend. Weekday breakfast is $4.95. No booze though.
- Rawan RamboJuly 30, 2017Sorry, I had a very bad experience at this place. Food wasn't good and the guy who served the food was rude because we asked him to change one of the plates because the egg was burnt.
- B. SalAugust 15, 2013Don't believe the hype. I'm from out of town, and decided to come here, service was fine. Red velvet waffles were good, pricing not insane. Would come again
