The club offers a full-sized basketball court for your playing enjoyment, equipped with a scoreboard and benches. We have regularly schedule pickup basketball games, as well as league play.

Over forty classes are offered weekly in our mind body studio. Classes are for all students from beginner to advanced. Most yoga classes are an eclectic blend of various styles and disciplines practicing traditional postures to build strength and flexibility with an attention to breath and alignment. Beyond yoga, we offer pilates mat to sculpt long lean muscles, ballet sculpt to challenge you with exercises to create a ballet dancer’s body, and tai chi to improve circulation and energy and promote stability and relaxation.
