- Darryl E.February 15, 2015The food from the appetizer to the main course was excellent. The steak I had was very well made. I'd recommend it to anyone who goes here. And the atmosphere is one of the best I've seen. Love it!
- The Corcoran GroupSeptember 20, 2013This trendy spot serves up some amazing small plates - the tuna tart, tuna crispy rice, and foie gras short rib gyoza are to die for. Don't pass on dessert either - the bread pudding is SO good.
- Scott SklarJuly 23, 2014This place raises the bar for sushi lovers. The fish is incredible as well has the hot dishes. We had the cod and gyoza both of which I would come back for. Service was great and very good looking.
- Catherine ParkJune 30, 2015Came here for an event recently & was surprised by the sushi. The beef tartare & kale bites were also great. The sultry decor where you & your date could hide away for a while didn't hurt either.
- Amazing. Order this for sure: tuna tart, Fois gras, crispy tuna, and sea bass. To drink, the cherry bomb-great for gents and ladies. Great date spot too. xxo
- Lindsey KimFebruary 21, 2015Hidden spot below the Dream hotel. The rolls are delicious! Nice place to go with friends or a date. It's spacious and the music isn't too loud
- Amelia Beau KaldorApril 8, 2013The bass was overcooked, the crispy shrimp covered in batter, avoid the squid - it's chargrilled and all you can taste is burnt charcoal! The shrimp tartare is divine! Also the otoro & salmon sashimi!
- JY GBApril 29, 2014Suggestions: shrimp tempura roll, sashimi tataki (must try!), tuna tart (must try!), spicy tuna roll. Cocktails: the bordello, the ruby pistol.
- Paul SteketeeMarch 6, 2013The food is incredible. Blackened skate, wagyu tartar, baby octopus & snapper sushi (not baby seal). Place / atmosphere is fun. Drink menu is very gourmet, too.
- Karen PatrickAugust 1, 2014Great atmosphere, on point sushi, and great wine list (4 Sancere's!!!). Def a place for date night or a fun night out with friends.
- New York PostAugust 25, 2014Executive chef Andy Choi’s menu (small items and starters, $12 to $22; mains, $25 to $35) works the party-time, Nobu-esque fusion street better than some. Read more
- Harumi UJuly 12, 2015One of the best (speed and friendliness) services I have had and really unique yummy food. Try tuna crispy rice for sure
- Rick ValenzuelaMay 9, 2013Where to begin? Tuna and clam tart (each, respectively), uni egg w/green tea salt, crispy tuna, crispy uni, and bread pudding for desert.
- VanniaMay 28, 2014Loved the food and ambiance at Cherry. Great customer service was also a huge perk! Must try the tuna crispy rice! Delish!
- I had the shrimp tempura and BBQ eel rolls. Phenomenal!!!!! I also love the gyoza and cherry bomb ;-)
- Allan M88October 6, 2013One of my favorite restaurants in NYC. Tucked underneath the Dream Hotel, it is definitely a hidden gem.
- Rick ValenzuelaAugust 22, 2013All about the tarts (tuna and the clam) and the crispy rice (tuna and uni)
- Eddie MylesSeptember 13, 2013Great decor but the food was so so. Liked the sashimi but they were out of several items but didn't tell me till after my order failed to show up. Drink menu needs work but the rusty pistol is great
- Phillip del MoralJune 20, 2013Too much goodness for one visit try getting just desserts great location and open late
- Rachel KarnofskyMay 16, 2013Another dream hotel restaurant going down the tubes shortly. Sea bass is the only thing to give praise to. Other than that nothing special....
- Meisha WilliamsJuly 17, 2013This place is so not worth the visit if you enjoy good sushi. Just blah...
- Krystal YuMarch 18, 2015Everything we had was just okay. Not bad but nothing special either. Not worth the price.
