Private transports out front are going to run you $30 to get to the airport instead of $25 for a cab, but are a lot nicer.
Rooms are nice, bathrooms on the small side. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

The limo to airport has flat fee of $30, only $5 more than regular taxi. Take it.
Concierge Lounge is on 18th floor. Not all elevators have directory posted ;-)
