Awesome new Mexican restaurant in Williamsburg – we started with teh chips, salsa, & guacamole, which was great, as were the frozen margaritas. The crispy soft-shelled crab was out of this world.
Great guac, squash blossom taco, crabtostada. They're only serving the full menu in the cramped, deafeningly loud back room at the moment, hopefully that changes! Bar area bright and fun.
definitely try the squash blossom tacos! drinks are ok, lots of options. try the Some Like It Hot if you like mezcal. Limited menu ifyou sit at the bar which is a bummer
Instant classic. *Not* cheap despite $ here. Flavors outstanding, creative, but not heavy handed/farcical. Steak taco is quite special. Ambiance = resort level. Good for dates/everything.
The pollo all pastor tacos are really good; the chicken was incredibly tender and well seasoned. However, the carnitas and fried fish tacos are forgettable.
We tried guacamole, queso fundido, tacos de pescado (2 for 14$), carnitas de puerco, and polo en mole (25$) and everything was delicious but let the $ rating fool you, it's somewhat expensive
Best margaritas and guac I’ve had in ages. These are tough markers because both of those are so ubiquitous in Mexican restaurants, and just “okay” 99% of the time. This place is in the noteworthy 1%
