I've taken several classes with a few different instructors and they are all great. Barre classes are good for improving strength, endurance, and coordination.

Been going for a couple of months and love it best of all the bar studios. The cardio workout gives me the sweatiness I need to feel worked out!

The studio sells towels, water, clothing & accessories so don't worry if you forget like I did my first time! :)

Classes are great! But no locker room with showers, just two individual bathrooms.

"Bring a towel" means bring a yoga mat or full body sized towel to lay on for floor exercises.
