Hidden gem. Don't be alarmed by the entrance downstairs, once you get to the top level, everything will be forgotten. Super friendly staff (Cosimo, you rock).

The best staff in Florence, the guys at the desk are really kind. The place is all new and the view is 8-), just one more thing the stairs... But there's no way to have such a view without going up!

Very good, kind and helpful service. Good background music. Nice and cozy rooms, with lovely view of Duomo and the moon right from lying on the bed.
