- @JaumePrimeroNovember 9, 2012The outdoor patio with a fireplace rocks. Despite the stress of finding parking, the rum cocktails here are impressive. They even have a fresh coconut rum cocktail, served in the shell with the pulp.
- Buzz AndersenMarch 28, 2012Possibly my all-around favorite LA bar. It's a "club" so you have to pay a small fee to join before you can come in, but once you do you're a member for life. The rum drinks are all outstanding.

Great traditional/popular Latin music fused with lounge beats. Great drinks. Great bar staff. Sometimes they close a little earlier than 2 am - not cute.

Hundreds of different rum, knowledgable bartenders, cigar room...well worth becoming a member (especially since you get it for free if you checkin with 4SQ!). Get the Guavacita.- Caña reloads with drinks like the Tennessee Isle (Prichard’s Rum, mango-infused absinthe, coconut Peychaud’s) and Happiness [is a Warm Gun]: Plantation 2000, fernet, canela syrup & flamed grapefruit. They don't seem to offer a free membership w/ the 1st FourSquare check-in anymore, but a free membership is included w/ the purchase of any happy hour drink (M-F, 6-8 PM).

Lots of great drinks on the new spring menu, especially all the ones listed under Pistols.
Lifetime membership denied for basic dress code violation. They lost their spirit, and my praise and patronage. You used to be cool, but you turned into just another poser Hollywood club wannabe.

- Get a free 1-yr membership after your 1st check-in; this will save you $20. Also, the mojitos are excellent.
The traditional daiquiri has become one of my favorites. Go ahead and order 2 to save time.
- The classic daiquiri is pretty damn amazing. Also try the Hotel Nacional if you're into pineapple.

Keller KellerApril 8, 2017Bartender didn't greet us or tell any of us customers present about the HH. I thanked him for our drinks; he hardly replied. When we asked for the check upon leaving he didn't thank us. Won't return.
