Bali beans from the Kintamani Highlands are loud of mouth and natural in body. The mouth is a sweetly bitter bite of blueberry and earth. Bitterness stays on the back and side of tongue. Great iced.- The Uganda beans from the Gumutindo Mt. Elgon region have the fruit flavor of African coffees as expected with an earth flavored light-medium body. The fruit flavor is a soft yet potent melon.
- The Costa Rica La Amistad beans have a light to medium body and soft mouth. A sweet mix of earthy soil and nutty flavors is complemented by mild, back of tongue acidity from floral notes.
- The cold brew ice coffee offered at this location is a blend of the Blue Java and Columbia beans. This mix has a dark mouth feel with notes of hazelnut and smoky earth flavors.

- The Cove Blend beans are a smoky tasting Italian roasted coffee. The flavor is course and earthy with a dark, burnt overtone of chocolate from the long roast time.
- The Congo blend is billed as having a strong mouth and this is supported by a medium dark chocolate tone contrasted by a brief bright aftertaste in the back of tongue.
