Finally! A place in Vegas that actually serves craft beer! It feels like you're eating in a suburban mallfood court, but it is totally worth it for their glorious IPA selection and killer burgers.
A great go-to if you're staying at Mandalay Bay / Luxor. My current favorite is the Lamb Burger paired with the Sour Ale. I'm sure I'll have a different favorite when I eat there the next time. Tasty!
I got the wedge salad which was good & we started off with sweet potato fries, fries, & onion rings. Super delicious with lots of sauces to choose from! They are known for their burgers!
Rossini is amazing, but price makes sense only to people who really want to try that. Almost perfect, only problem was truffles ( very crunchy ). And beer selection is huge.
Got the sliders because the burgers are supersize which they should be for the price, but then again it's Vegas. If you love burgers you have a great selection so you should definitely try it.
With customizable burgers (including meats) there's literally a burger for any person, even vegetarians. The Kobe beef is the truth, the lamb burger is also some kind of tasty, good texture. 👍👍
Built your own burger ! If meat is not your thing, take the fries sampler (choice of French, sweet potatoe, zucchini and others) with choice of dips (chipotle aioli is amazing). Price reasonable
Eatocracy editor Kat Kinsman says, "It's Hubert Keller quality ingredients and preparation, and a rare to the point of bleating patty...haunted my dreams for a goodly long time."
Some people think that saying a burger joint is one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants sounds weird, but the veggie burger here is the best I've had. Anywhere. Try the trufflechips too!
Craft beer warning: don't come here for rare beer. Everything they have, you have at home for 1/2. Come for beer comfort and you'll be fine. Just don't make it a destination.
The Burger Bar is in Mandalay Place between Mandalay Bay and Luxor. Note that the advertised veggie burger is NOT vegan. Their veganmilkshakes are made with soy milk and sorbet.
The customer service was great here. You are able to watch sporting events from a tv in your own booth. The burgers were decent too. Try the zucchini fries too, the best surprise of my meal :)
Highly highly highly recommend building your own burger using onionbun, jalapeñobacon, spicyketchup and house Dijon. Follow it up with one of their many frosty brews
Surf n Turf Burger -- Who doesn’t love the best of both worlds? With a black angus beef patty and half of a grilled lobster–this burger is fit for a king.
BB Twinkie -- The merging of a certain favorite packaged snackcake and vanilla ice cream is the perfect way to complete your meal at Burger Bar. Price: $8.75
This unique Vegas locale offers a huge variety of burgers for all tastebuds and budgets, from ground chuck with cheddar cheese to Kobe beef with foie gras and shaved truffles. Try the dessertburger!
The Hubert Keller burger is amazing. Buffalo with baby spinach, blue cheese & carmelized onions. Vegetarians will dig the Veggie Burger. Sweet potato or zucchini fries for the side are a must.
Don't be fooled by the craft beer sounding name of Blue Moon. It is actually a product of MillerCoors. Besides, with so many good beers here, why would you have a Blue Moon?
Get the surf and turf burger (Kobe beef and lobster). Great service, atmosphere, and beer selection. Also, the nutella milkshake is excellent and not nearly as sweet as you would expect.
Awesome burgers, Hubert Keller Buffallo and blue cheese Burger amazing, and Rossinni burger with foie gras and truffles superb. Complete review... Read more
This is the one who started the Burger Craze. Hubert Keller is a Genius, and everything on the menu is amazing. Lisa Gourgeon is the most amazing General Manager and really launched the Burger Craze Read more
By the way the Nutella Milkshake is unchallenged. It's not too sweet but tastes like Nutella nonetheless. Invest your time, money, and calories in this one.
Burgers are adequate, but not amazing enough to justify the price. Hubert Keller has basically retired, and it pains me to say that it shows. At this price, you can find much better burgers in Vegas.
Mint chocolate chipmilkshake with booze in it FTW. Onion rings and fat fries also huge win. Burgers are unfuckwitable. Plus mini flat screens in all the booths, gotta love that.
