As close you can get to being in a '50s south-side blues bar. Prices are low, staff's fast & friendly, music's great, any bluesman who isn't working that night is there, & they often sit in. The best.

I went Saturday: Carlos Johnson, fantastic guitarist. Bill Dickens, Stevie Wonder's bassist, is in his band when Stevie's off. Astounding! Club gave me a pass to get back tonight. I'm gonna use it.

This is a blues bar. You listen to the blues, you drink beer. That is all. Do not expect fancy drinks or personal space. Love it!
