Try the egg and ham breakfast sandwich on croissant instead of the standard bread, throw a bit of sriracha on there and you have one tasty way to wake up on a Saturday morning.

Expensive but always worth it. Check out the vestige bank vault in the back. 🏦

All sandwiches pale in comparison to the Pallet... it's that divine fig jam. Also, the servers are notoriously spacey so double check your order before you leave.
This is the only place I go for coffee and breakfast in union square now. Their freshly squeezed Oj is so worth it.

- The coffee here is quite good, doesn't even needs sugar to enhance the flavor. Try one of their specialty drinks, or have an iced latte in the warmer months.
- Unlike sister cafe Diesel, Bloc 11 always has an open seat somewhere. Sadly, the Brazilian limeade (featuring condensed milk) is no longer on the menu.
If you're a Comcast customer, you can pick up the free XFinity wi-fi, and avoid Bloc11's silly pay to use wi-fi.

Curry tofu salad sandwich is very good. Bowls of soup are quite generous - perfect for sharing.
Chocolate chip scone and an El Diablo (Intelligentsia). Works for me.
