Make sure you get a locker that way you won't forget the important stuff
- Use the squat sponge for more comfortable squats in the box.
- Leave your towel at home and use Blend's free towel service.

This place goes through employees faster than McDonalds. As soon as I start trusting a trainer, they are gone. Poor ownership in my opinion.- This place sucks without Laura....its hot as nuts in here and shit is falling off the walls.
