Never had a bad visit so far. Most staff recognize you if you come twice a week and are nice in general. If I ever come across irritated staff I just kill them with kindness.

Don't sit on the couches unless you're told! They don't like that. Haha.
I agree with james w. Some of the up front staff are way too serious!!!!
