Like‎ ‘herb’ peterson the inventor of the mcmuffin we too have searched for an alternative to the traditional eggs benedict. In contrast to herb’s creation we’ve gone for a freshly toasted english Muffin filled w/ a seasoned fried egg & oak-smoked streaky bacon. Selection of seasonal fruits.
