ArnaudSeptember 22, 2015Room cleaned everyday. Staff great. Providing all towels you need. Make sure to get a room in the upper level in order to avoid to be disturbed by noises from the street. Breakfast included.

WE HAVE BITES ALL OVER US AND THE MANAGER LYNN IS TRYING TO HIDE THIS FROM THE PUBLIC WE ALREADY CALLED THE HOUSING AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!- Very very nice hotel! Definitely recommend it! Jakub JMarch 10, 2013On the 7th floor there are no vending machines. Just a plant in that space. For the ice go to breakfast area at the reception (2nd floor).

Decent rooms although I got a lot of bug bites one night. Also in Chinatown. Good because it is central to most things but bad because of the smell of the area surrounding it. Breakfast is subpar.- Avoid rooms 701, 702 & 703, these are right beside the vending and ice machine - unless you like the sound of falling rocks throughout the night.

Sound sucks and there behavior when something serious happened to my niece is unforgivable
