The bagels here kick butt. I work in CT where people ask about them at least twice a week. Service is getting better too

Great bagels, service is weak. Work with Julie if you can. She is fast and accurate with orders.
Be patient with the service because the bagels are worth it.
This place is always pure chaos behind the counter. I love it.- very nice family run business. the owner greets me evertime. Gives me an occasional pastry on the house

Good bagels but weak service - busy on sat and Sunday mornings
Decent bagels, good cream cheese, consistently terrible service. The cashier in particular.
