Order is always wrong. This was my last time going here today. After they messed up my order and was told that the owner said he can only give half a refund. Too many kids working here!

Mediocre bagels, which is unforgivable for a place in NYC called the bagel pub. Some of the spreads are inedible.

Better coffee across the street at Breukelen. Better juice on the same block at Veggies Natural Juice Bar. Better bagels down the street at Nagle's bagels. And better service at all three.
