Simple Discoveries: Be sure to show within 2 hours either side of low tide. We did not, but still got to dig a small foot pool. Look for the rocks for the best spot ;).

Roana: Learn how the Maori warriors trained, watch Maori traditional games, learn about their crafts and how they prepared their food. And be amazed by their performances. A must see. Dinner was good too.
Nieko Maatjes: Don't underestimate this mountain: the steep angle (35-45°) and the loose stones in summer make it quite a long (2h) and exhausting climb.
Jess Parker: Well sign-posted 20km track with time estimates of how long each section would take. Be respectful and DO NOT touch the water when you reach emerald lakes or throw stones.
Seth V: Amazing free museum, with great exhibits! Really good gift shop too with some great items and reasonably priced...they don't try to gouge you like most gift shops.
Air New Zealand: Kaiteriteri has to be the best beach in the world! The drive out is pleasant and the view is stunning. Take a watertaxi ride out water or eat fish n chips on the sand. - Paul
Clarissa Clarii: Split Apple Rock is the one of famous iconic object in Abel Tasman National Park :D. The rock itself is like an apple that slice in the middle, so Strange but Fantastic!

Stephen D: Kiwi enclosure is worth a look as are the eels but the rest is very dated and could use some renovation - if you're heading South towards Franz Josef the West Coast Wild Life Centre is a better choice
Rachel Taylor: Can't get as close to the glacier as you can at Fox Glacier, but the walk is much easier. We got treated to a gorgeous rainbow across the valley though :)

Simon Tan: The water must be still to get that perfect reflection - if it's not there, just wander for 10-20 minutes and the weather may change to your liking :)
David Santos: Not as cool as Franz Josef glaciers, since there’s almost none glacier left to spot and the walk up there it more steep and tiring, but if you’re around you might go enjoy the walk.

Dominic Tam: Cable Car takes you to Viewing Platform & restaurant, cafe & souvenir shop & jelly bean shop. Short walk to bungy jump platform & lift up for LUGE. Could be cold.
Jackson Tsai: Definitely worth the experience! Cave worms inside the cave is very awesome, learn about their life cycle and to see them alive is once in a lifetime experience
Darren Davis: Wow, just wow! This is quite possibly the most awesome urban park in all of Aotearoa. If you’re in Invercargill, don’t miss this - you’re in for a treat.
Jason Ma: What a view of the surrounding area! Truly incredible and awe-inspiring. There's a small car park at the top if you don't want to walk up from Stirling Point. Bring a jacket since it can be windy.
Julie: We didn't stay for the penguins and didn't see any seals or sea lions, but we did see lots of snails and petrified trees. Really beautiful and unique.
Julie: Most beautiful view ever. If you don't go here while in the Catlins, you're really missing out. Just lovely. A nice and easy walk to the lighthouse from the parking lot. Nice public restrooms too.

Darren Davis: Akaroa lost a lot of men and women in various wars so please treat the Cenotaph War Memorial as a sacred place and accord it the respect that it deserves.
Carlo Las Marias: Stop by the learn to surf vans at the end of Stoke Street for a lesson or to hire a board. Amazing place to learn how to surf. Don't forget the sunblock.
