Anders Sjöstedt: It's not only because it's around the corner that we end up here. Not cheap, but bustling and friendly - you can enjoy a cocktail, a candlelit dinner date or bring friends with kids for a good brunch.
Anders Sjöstedt: The Manhattan classic's surprisingly austere outpost. Still the best (only?) place in the area for a spotless cappuccino or a fancy breakfast/lunch/dinner. Closed mid-Feb to mid-March.
Anders Sjöstedt: Interior is a tad beige and the celebrated chef apparently left a month ago, but food is still solid, service friendly and the house quite beautiful. Thanks Becky for a nice brunch and good advice.
