Darla is a wonderful sales associate. She walked us around and showed us plenty of nice couches that were within our budget. She wasn't pushy and even worked with management to get another discount!

5 people walked past my daughter and I, none of them asked if I needed help. When I finally got help, the guy who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't even get what I came for.

Not happy with the customer service -- went in to find a new bed and chair - not one person asked if I needed assistance and it was empty of customers. Not a happy camper!!

Be really careful what you buy here. The low prices are enticing but a lot of items are really low quality

Customer service here sucks. No one will walk with you around the showroom just point in a general direction.

Customer service is terrible. They will not hold furniture over 7 days even with full money cash payment.

Great experience shopping here. Pamela was very friendly and honest, I found the perfect couch for myself thanks to her help.
