- AbhishekNovember 5, 2018Not a big fan of Indian lunch buffets but this was one of the best buffets I have ever had. The variety was awesome, they even had Pani Puri with tamarind water! Delicious Indian food!
- Sam BrownDecember 30, 2015Really good Indian food, be sure to mix up the menu a bit and order your favourite curry with your favourite meat or veg. Garlic naan, always garlic naan.
- Sumita BanerjeeApril 23, 2013A fantastic lunch buffet - clean restaurant, excellent selection of food (from duck to grilled fish and classic Indian dishes!) plus friendly service. A can't-miss spot on the next SFO visit!
- The Wall Street JournalMarch 21, 2012This three-story resto offers menu selections from up and down the Indian subcontinent—not just northern India. Head to the buffet and try their dosa crepes and rasam soup, both from southern India. Read more
- Karen SegalOctober 24, 2017The Kumbh, Hara Pyaz Kofta was delicious and different from any Indian dish I've ever had. Ferry Market was also excellent, but more similar to Indian food I've had before
- Nigel FenwickSeptember 27, 2012While the Butter chicken is very good don't miss out on really delightfully flavored dishes like the Lamb Qorma which is incredible. Couple your meal with an Indian beer like the 22oz Taj Mahal.
- Cameron WDecember 21, 2014If you want to go to a nice restaurant and you feel like Indian food try Amber India. Pop into the bar area where you can order drinks and food without a reservation or much of a wait.
- Annie 🌺 JalotaJune 19, 2016The lunch buffet is tasty and comes with bottomless mimosas 🍹Definitely on the expensive side, but it's worth it to treat yourself every so often!
- PoojaFebruary 10, 2014Naan is soft and melts in the mouth. Butter chicken deserves the rave reviews. Rogan josh gravy had a balanced taste, not too spicy and not too meaty but the lamb pieces were a tad too big.
- Asma Al-MudaimighJuly 9, 2017One of the best indian restaurants I've been to! The service is ok but the food was very good
- Srikanth KannanOctober 26, 2013Call them to reserve table space if you have a group. Lunch buffets are good and cost about $18 per head during the weekdays. Expect longer stand-in-queue time between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm on Fridays
- Sara HolyoakSeptember 5, 2011Great Indian food! We didn't make a reservation, and they had no tables; but they recommended we ate at the bar - worked really well and we had a great evening. Definitely worth a try.
- Yotam TroimApril 3, 2015Surprisingly good. Sampled all vegetarian options and they were all great. The deserts were also delicious, especially the Halwa.

- Aaron WheelerJuly 21, 2017Delicious buffet compared to all the rest out there. Great prepped meals too - especially the vegetarian options!
- Nalli Vindaloo - Tender lamb shank and very good curry sauce. The dish is big, and not as spicy as they claim it to be.
- Sabina TajDecember 20, 2012The spinach chat and duck kabob were outstanding. Main dish suffered an identity crisis - indian or french or italian. Yummy, but paled in comparison to the primers.
- Maxwell FryMarch 25, 2015What a great work guys!!I didn't expected this kind of work from you, but you completely delivered what you promised and that too at good price.
- Vicki KolovouJune 23, 2022Interesting place to eat Indian food from a buffet. All you can eat at a fixed price. Seems to cater to local community.

- Mark WilkinsJanuary 9, 2014I usually ignore the deserts at Indian restaurants but the Kulfi really was homemade here and the madera pairing was perfect
- Try the Butter Chicken - Excellent dish! Very good textures and spices combination. I wouldn't make it a signature dish though (as it is now), as it is not, by far, unique.

- John CrissupSeptember 28, 2011The chicken biryani was excellent! And the chili thyme naan was very spicy, which offset the mild flavor of the biryani perfectly.
- Saag Paneer - nice consistency and very flavorful cheese and spinach. Yum
- Nick KalraMarch 15, 2013Great ambiance. Good for big groups. Food is actually pretty good. Service is even better. Worth a try
