Stylish rooms, best place away from SJO city. Easy link to airport. Mall, supermarket, many restaurants and cafés nearby. Safe to walk around at night. B'fast good. Free laundry. Friendly staff.

Didn't have a great time here. It's pretty and hip, but front desk and restaurant staff need better hospitality training. bar staff and security were very nice tho

Really liked the architecture and the interior design. The hotel seems to have a good service - at least for the one day I stayed in :)

Stop by the WXYZ bar and have Federico make you a tombou (not sure on the spelling but I'm sure it's good). Watch out, they have a kick.

Do not take the breakfast room package. Breakfast is cold, old and disgusting. Go across the street to McD for breakfast.

Permiten mascotas y las tratan como huéspedes. Les dan la cama, tazas para el agua y comida, juguete y hasta galletas. Encantados.

Almuerzo bufete aceptable, exc. la barra de ensalada, pero en general con varios detalles negativos: solo incluye 1 vaso pequeño de fresco y las opciones de plato fuerte estaban frías.

Las instalaciones del hotel están bien. La ubicación es poco céntrica de la mayoría de los lugares de interés. Traten de utilizar UBER, los taxis son carísimos!

Um bom hotel, internet ótima, mas há pontos que poderiam ser melhores: quarto pequeno para um hotel desse preço, café da manhã razoável, não tem adaptadores de tomada para padrão brasileiro.

El alojamiento esta bien. Pero hice 2 almuerzos y 1 cena y siempre demoraron una hora y media en servir a pesar que el restaurante no estaba ni a mitad de capacidad y la comida no estaba tan buena.

Sin piscina, habitaciones pequeñas, Baño super pequeño, nada extraordinario con el servicio. Por el precio recomiendo mejor hospedarse en Studio Hotel.
