- Abbey KeckNovember 17, 2013The Spicy Ahi roll and the Soy Braised Short Ribs were amazing. Highly recommend. The Smoked Bacon-Unagi sushi roll was also great; I'd get again. Skip the California roll - tasted heavily lemony.
- Christi BedanSeptember 3, 2014The 2 for 1 special in August for the 5 course meal was a great deal and the food was quite good. I'm not sure it would have been worth the price without the special, though.
- Liam MaxwellJanuary 2, 2013Recommend this as the best food at Grand Wailea. What it lacks in views it makes up with great food, service and ambiance. Hummu....is weak by comparison it just has the views. Move Amsia to Hummu!
- Katarina TualemosoMay 9, 2013come early & hang out in the lounge. not many Maui spots have swanky lounges for kicking back. Have a glass of bubbly & watch the sky change colors @sunset thru the floor to ceiling windows. yep, AC!
- Liam MoSeptember 7, 2013Dim Sum and off the Happy Hour menu the Short Ribs, Garlic Prawns and the Quail Skewer were awesome! Loved the Lilikoi Malasadas were absolutely delicious.
- Crystal BlueSeptember 13, 2012Very unique menu! Amazing sushi. Some of the best spicy tuna I've had. Duck buns are awesome. Malasadas are basically mango filled donuts - so good!
- Mark GrahamJanuary 23, 2013The Pineapple Shaved Ice is, in and of itself, worth the price of admission. No matter what your entree choices are, be sure to finish your meal with this.
- Maui---It's All About LifestyleJune 5, 2014Legendary Hawaiian chef Alan Won brings his famous mix of Polynesian fusion to Hawaii. You cannot miss out. Read more
- Caitlyn MajorSeptember 14, 2014One of the best meals we had in Maui. On the expensive side- but all the hotel restaurants were. Only complaint- no outdoor seating.
- Brad HerrmannMarch 13, 2014The ginger crusted onaga was fantastic, as was the all-local kampachi ceviche. We really enjoyed our dinner.
- Liam MoSeptember 7, 2013Try the Dim Sum Happy Hour 5.pm to 6.30pm. You must be seated and ordered by 6.30pm but the Dim Sum choices are fewer if you get there in the last half hour to 20 minutes.
- Pineapple Shaved Ice & The Coconut are definitely worth the stop (at least every other day while here).
- Patrick McCabeSeptember 13, 2012If you like sushi or Asian fusion make this your first stop. So much better than Humuhumunukunukuapua'a!
- Tom ConstabileJune 3, 2013Duck bao, short rib, ahi app with crunchy wonton, and baby rack ribs tah die fo
- Emilio LopezFebruary 26, 2014Braised short ribs = +10. Mahi-Mahi = + 10. Hanabi Roll = 8. Fried Rice = 7.5. Shoyu Duck = 8.
- Bob CampbellSeptember 25, 2013Happy hour only time to go. Dinner is very over-rated and expensive. The short ribs were amazing; California rolls tiny & terrible (@$21!).
- Kelsey MayherDecember 18, 2012It was amazing!!! Get the chefs tasting menu! Braised short ribs were the best
- Daniela Stolfi-TowJuly 31, 2012The braised short rib they cook it for 6 hours until it falls apart. It's the best thing on the menu
- Ginger WilcoxJuly 21, 2013The food was good but the ambiance is lacking. The short ribs and the ahi tuna were our favorites. I'd choose humuhumnuknukuapua'a over Amasia.
- Daniela Stolfi-TowJuly 30, 2012Sit by the far railing in the sushi bar so you get the sound of the waterfall throughout dinner
- meghan keaneJanuary 23, 2013Skip the prix fixe and get 6-8 small dishes instead. More food you want/less $$.
