Babette CantonMay 1, 2013In the booklet in the room it says the minibar is free. It is not- you can tell since the prices are listed. Wifi is free in the lobby.
maRYANnOctober 10, 2013EK crew get free wifi internet in rooms. Don't order pizza as its the worst I've had. You will regret it. A/c was really hot. I dialled 9, and they adjusted it immediately w/out coming over to my rm.
Lovely hotel ... and the staff is very friendly ... only trouble ... you can hear everything through the walls

Had to get a key, then attendant took us to a room with 10 diamond grade safes. I guess we're in a special room, but what a hassle.

There are no slippers (how come??), terrible internet connection in the rooms even we pay 12 EURO's for a day... Please consider these problems
