Stina P.July 26, 2014I'm a loyal Bikram gal, but this is a great alternative to my normal classes! I did my first scorpion at this studio. the staff are friendly and the DUMBO view of the river is great.

Change into your yoga clothes before you get there though.. the bathroom is small and not super clean- beautiful studio and very detailed instruction. they're into singing here, and reference sanskrit a lot. so be prepared for some general hippie/yuppie vibes.
Take class with Aaron Angel Thurs @ 630p or Sunday Sunrise @ 8. He gives excellent alignment directions and adjustments and has a contagious joy about his practice. He lets us be silly. :)
