The owner, Jim, is great. Place is huge and well equipped. You would be served quite well to join one of their programs.

As far as gyms go, this isn't your typical place. Its a warm, friendly environment to work out at, whether you are a size 2 or a size 22. No egos here, just people getting in shape, getting healthier,
