Salmon/yellowtail tuna carpaccio (whichever is available at the time) both amazing. Spicy tuna rolls is an absolute favorite. If the bluefin tuna nigiri is available you gotta try it.

The only dish i liked was their triple cooked chips and their yellow bird cocktail was tasty 😐- Snaatar/Wagyu sando/A5 wagyu striploin/ chilean seabass/ seaweed salad/hokkaido scallops w mandarin
