A quiet Park in the south. Spacious, dogs area, playground and a small pool for kids during the hot weather. Great for running and the park has an exercise area. Oh and ice cream during the summer!
Very nice and fancy canal house, of one of the wealthiest families in Amsterdam, with a long tradition of influence in local government and important business. Great garden to rest after the visit!

Very calm, dog-friendly, no bikes park. Beautiful scenery, with lakes, ducks, it even has a outdoor gym.

Saw The Analogues, a no-frills Beatles cover band, and had a good balcony seat. Views of the stage are top-notch, seemingly wherever one finds oneself.

Stick around to watch a demonstration of how paint or prints are made, its really fascinating and it the demos are quick. This is a great little museum, and it's free on the museum card.
