This a CT gem that deserves more hype. Lobster avocado salad, yellowfin-yellowtail tartare, Pekin duck. Everything tasted superb, right down to the bread and butter. Absolutely warrants repeat visits
fun hike by the waterfall - especially in winter when some of it freezes into ice and it's beautiful. be careful of the mud and ice on your way up - can be slippery and dangerous
the tastings and the distillery tours are free (didn't know that going in! so be sure to support them afterwards). their original bourbon and the double are both solid tastes. get them to take home.
i mean. these donuts. fresh out of the...donut machine..., these donuts might have been the best i've ever had. made me want to order up a half-dozen more to take back to the city.
