Brian Jeng: Highest hotel in the world. You can also get afternoon tea here -- very impressive spread. Alternatively, to get cheap access to the view you can buy a drink at the bar. Come at night too!
Brian Jeng: Take the tram and then make the nice little hike up for a beautiful view of Hong Kong. Classic tourist destination but must do on a nice day.
Brian Jeng: While there are a few locations, this one is quite central -- but beware, the wait can be long. Best to put your name down and go browse around and come back.
Brian Jeng: There are a few locations of Tim Ho Wan, but the original has a Michelin star and is crazy delicious. You must get the baked BBQ pork buns. Also very inexpensive dim sum.
Brian Jeng: One of many large shopping/dining complexes, but this is one of my favorites. Great food hall in the basement and lots of things to look at.

Brian Jeng: Unpretentious, good Hong Kong style good. Gets busy late at night since it's open 24 hours so many people come here after clubs/bars. But very decent food at good prices. Get the baked pork chop rice.

Brian Jeng: I believe there are a few locations of this too, but amazing noodles. Their wontons have only shrimp in them and are SO delicious. Always fresh too.

Brian Jeng: I believe one of the first 3-Michelin starred restaurants, and this is a splurge of course. Dim sum around lunch time is a little more affordable, but this is definitely much more high-end.
Brian Jeng: Really good baos! And tons of variety -- something for everyone. You can mix and match and pick what you want, so it's a good spot to try a variety of different flavors.
