Daniel Roy: I've been in Oaxaca a while, but I always love to come to the Andador. It's got a great energy, and you just might run into a fiesta or procession.
Robert Martin: One of the most beautiful and peaceful retreats in Oaxaca. Accessible by tour only. More art garden than classic botanical garden. Check schedule for tours in English (not offered every day).
Jakob Koefoed: If you have thought about buying something at a "normal" streetshop then wait and go here and buy it in better quality. Little market but high quality.

Pankaj Shere: Make sure to check out this spot for some great local food if you are in Oaxaca. Try the local beer Benditos, it is not on the menu. Buena Suerte!
Erik Michielsen: Schedule a taste early in your trip and learn what mezcales you enjoy. Also they have plenty of inventory to buy for gifts and finding your Mezcal match makes for a fun gift!

Jonas: Easily classifies as one of the top historical sites in Mexico. Skip the crowds and get a taxi (negotiatable to 100 MXN/way) to drop you off around opening time.
Stephanie Hagemeister: Uniquely designed atmosphere & incredible service made a memorable date night. Food was great, especially the octopus appetizer. Loved the Piñata cocktails: strong, tasty & Damiana is an aphrodisiac;)
Ola Jarosz: The cocktails are very properly done. All the coffee lovers should try the cocktail combination of espresso with mezcal - one of the best drinks I have ever tried. Beautiful interior too.
