Dug the chunks of quality sausage, char on the pepperoni and extra caramelized cheese, sunday gravy-rich sauce, and crispy bottom. Very tasty, but not really Chicago deep dish; too much bread.

Baseline for a good dim sum restaurant: If the restaurant can’t get its har gow right, you might as well forget it. The wrapping should be thin and translucent. The shrimp should be firm and meaty.

Come here. Everything looks and is so delicious. I ordered the BBQ pork bun and the flavors and mouthfeel were so unique and amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
