Everything is fresh and homemade in that tiny kitchen, but Paninis are especially excellent.

1 of my fave vineyards on the N Fork. Unpretentious, chill ambiance w/ friendly staff & a dog named Panda. Love the Wild Boar Doe, Rosé, Coalescence, Chardonnay, & Pinot Blanc.
Touted as 1 of Hamptons' best clam chowders but they were out when we were here. Ok burgers (esp. w/ their BBQ sauce) & vinegary Cole slaw.
