The $30 steak was cooked to absolute perfection and was very fairly priced given the high quality. It needs no steak sauce, but the included steak sauce was flippin’ fantastic.

This place doesn't look like much from the front, but the menu and beer/wine pairings are very well done. The food was great and this place would definitely get 5 stars!
Foodie Heaven right in the Houston Heights. Try the Chopped Bleu, fried pickles, Captin's Fried chicken, or Blue Crab Cake. Save room for dessert: funnel Cake or ice box lemon pie are my favorites.
Try the Chopped Bleu salad! It has juicy apples, pecans and red onions! Add some bacon and romaine and suddenly you have a salad that rivals your entrée.
Fun, casual atmosphere with great food. We had the fried pickles, parmesan fries and bruschetta to start & all were terrific. For my entree, I had the meatloaf and it was also excellent.
