Be sure to select your classes properly. If looking to unwind/relax go for slow flow or vin-yin. Want to amp it up go for fusion or vinyasa. Want a total work out and great music then Yoga Rocks!
Free week for newbies but the class I went to was blasting pop music so loud you couldn't hear the yogi or focus on your practice! After hearing music blasting at work all day definitely not relaxing!
Karen's class last night, Slow Flow, was so great, and she is hysterical!! Love yoga rocks too but slow flow is awesome muscular training and good for the spine!
