Gizelle and Jody are great teachers for the All Levels classes. That class trends to experienced students which gives you the choice of intensity. No chanting, songs or sermons just movement & breath

Leigh is one of the top 2 yoga teachers I've ever had and I've been doing yoga for about 15 years (badly). She's amazing. Go to her class!!
