While it is enticing to see all the wonderful signature rolls, don’t be afraid to try the specials. The Japanese Uni and Toro were amongst the best I have had 😋

All the rolls were excellent, no real need for soy sauce, the nori was nice and tender and the moonlight coconut sake is great for cutting the heat.
