- Try to get the chef come out to talk to you! Miguel Aguilar is super friendly and oh by the way, the best Nuevo Latino chef in town.

The octopus skewer, scallop dish, and chicken empanadas were very good. Let Fabio, the manager, know if you have any issues. He provides outstanding customer service.

Chef Miguel Aguilar is from Venezuela and trained in Philly - awesome stuff!! Must try the dates, short rib and venezuelan style plantains!!
