Take the boardwalk to the right of the first ticket office to walk with penguins, at the end of that beach you can climb over the rocks to get closer to the little fellows and avoid the crowd.

Hike up Plattekloof Gorge starting at the lower cableway. It's an inbelievably rewarding hike. No need to be super fit but it is challenging! The view from the top is out of this world!

Denningvleis is to die for, skip the mashed potato that comes with it. Prawn curry was rich and delicious. The chicken rolls are outta this world; deep fried bread dough with a minced chicken filling.
No one braais (grills) better than this locavore steak house (the meats are sourced from owner Giorgio Nava’s ranch in the Karoo). Try the free-range lamb or the 24-month-aged, grass-fed sirloin.

Brilliant. Select your seafood with the waiter at the counter, with fresh langoustines, crayfish, line fish, calamari on offer. Cooked in 10 minutes. Get a platter, you won't regret it.
You've got to go for the Love sandwich with avo, chicken and pecorino cheese. Finished off with a deliciously decadent guiness cake with cream cheese icing...
