Start your walk at the intersection of the Stariy (Old) Arbat street and Smolenskaya-Sennaya square.
On your right you will see the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, one of the Seven Sisters (a group of skyscrapers designed in the Stalinist style).
On your right you will see a blue coloured two-storeyed building — the Pushkin Apartment Museum, where Pushkin lived after his marriage. Pass it, and on the right you will see the Plotnikov lane.
Turn left and walk several steps until you see a white cylindrical building on your left — the Melnikov's House.
The studio of the renowned Russian architect Konstantin Melnikov. Go back and pass the intersection with the Plotnikov lane.
Turn left, go along the lane until on the right you see a tall white church — the Church of the Saviour in Peski.
Come back to the Stariy Arbat, right after the intersection with Spasopeskovskiy lane you will see a golden fountain Princess Turandot.
Go along the lane until on the left you see the Memorial Museum of Alexander Skriabin.
The Memorial Museum of Alexander Skriabin, Russian composer and pianist. back to the Stariy Arbat street, go down to the end of it and you will find yourself on the Arbatskiye Vorota Square.
