They offer lots of classes for the price which is pretty awesome. It's pretty meaty in there which is some good people watching. Great gym! Weekends during the day and between 7am to 9am weekdays are fairly empty.
Check out the Tuesday and Saturday spin class with Gene! He plays the best music
