Love the free WiFi, bottled water AND laundry services! I got my room for $143/night but have paid as much as $173. Still great price for NYC as the subway is around the corner.

You can't get any closer to the 9/11 Memorial than this. Incredible view, especially from the restaurant on the 20th floor. My room was exceptionally small. Price of stay was a good value.
