The atmosphere is great. Its a small gym but the morality and staff are awesome. Wifi, music, clean locker rooms, and hydromassage
I love this gym. However, they could do with some new equipment and an occasional lubrication of some of the machines. I know its only 15/month but that has to go towards more than the power bill!- Best place to work out, very friendly staff make u feel at home... I've lost more weight working out here than at the big gyms, best shape of my life!

The new Zumba classes are really a lot of fun, everyone is so friendly! Shane's core class kicks ass!!! He is awesome at putting your abs in check :)

Remember to wioe off the equipment before and after u use it because some people like to leave their sweat behind
Eh, depends on what time you come in here...when it's not crowded, it's pretty nice..evenings can get pretty crowded
