This Pubkeep Series creation was made by Connor Borgos, and is a take on a family holiday recipe for a robust, tasty pumpkin ale! This seasonal brew is made with real pumpkin and a blend of spices, as well as honey, maple syrup, and brown sugar to create a strong, rich beer with deep malt flavors and familiar pumpkin flavors perfect for fall

We took our Stupid Little Peach Shoes wheat ale, and aged it in a Black Forks Distilling bourbon barrel, full of smoked peaches! This light-colored ale boasts a pleasant bourbon-forward aroma, and blends into smoked peaches, vanilla, and biscuit

In the early days of the WLBC, Seth and Steve traveled to Dublin for St. Patricks day. The "black as the night" Irish stouts found in the local pubs inspired them. After visiting with many pub keeps and patrons, the concept was penned into the margins of a travel guide. The grain used is true to the pedigree of classic stouts. British base malt is complemented with caramel and chocolate malts and roasted barley. All these are tied together with a touch of milk sugar that provides a velvety smooth taste

Originally we made this brew specifically for The Lodge in Deadwood but it quickly has become a favorite amongst our locals here in Brookings. Deadwood Gold is an incredibly smooth amber with very low bitterness. There are notes of caramel that meld well with the maltiness of such a brew

Mama's Little Yella Pils - Our upcoming new canned good is a small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czechoslovakia famous. Mama's is made with hearty amounts of pale malt, German specialty malts, and a blend of traditional (Saaz) and 21st century Bavarian hops. Our first canned lager, it's also fermented at cool temperatures with a German yeast. This tasteful reality Czech is the perfect antidote for the watered-down versions of pilsner clogging Americaâ's shelves. And Mama's gentle hopping (about 35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 4.7%) mean we're finally honoring consumer requests for a delicious but less-challenging beer. (Hey, we like a good low-dose session beer, too.) Look for our Gold Metal Winner on US shelves in March. Sadly, the Feds rejected our Take Two and Call Us in the Morning line on the can

Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro's complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars
