If u want luxurious hotel in miami, this is the place to be! Spacious and clean rooms and the decor is very nice! The staff are very friendly. Would def stay here again!!

Very nice hotel with centric location and very nice rooms. Need to visit the 50th rooftop (pool and bar) and the 15th floor bat&restaurant

I've been traveling to Miami for years and my most recent trip was the best b/c I stayed at the Viceroy. The decor is very chic, the amenities abundant and the service impeccable.

Half of building is for hotel and other part is for private apartments. Enjoy beautiful pool on the 15 th floor. And don t forget to ask for a room with balcony!

Love this place! A week getaway from NYC. Still here actually, have a beautiful room on the 14th floor. The food is amazing. I keep ordering room service!

The Fitness Centre is well-equipped, so exercising here will be great. South Beach is also just 15 minutes' drive away and the staff can help you arrange you trip there.

Easily one of the best views you can get of the georgeousness that is Miami. Take a look of that view at the end of the infinity pool - breathtaking, really.

Great pool area with incredible views! Decor of this hotel is a miss for Miami - dark and dated (sorry, Kelly). Friendly staff but uncoordinated service. Small spaces. For the money, stay elsewhere.

The staff is incredibly friendly and so professional. Cafe Icon makes the best pesto chicken panini, and the views will sweep you off your feet.

Avoid the outrageous $36+ valet parking and park across the street in the garage for $17 daily max. Another plus: they won't break into your car.

I didn't understand the theme...what look are they going for?? The staff/service was good at times, very slow at other times. Overall, a good experience...not worth the money, in my opinion.

The valet is absolutely useless. Be prepared to wait an hour for you car. Witnessed a valet break a woman's car window.
